Our mission was to show support and appreciation to the community's' heritage.  Jazz in the Pass celebrates the historic musical heritage of </B></I><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#99FFFF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="cap_n_john_handy.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="John Handy"><I><B>Capt. John Handy</B></I></A></FONT><A HREF="cap_n_john_handy.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="John Handy"><I><B>,</B></I></A><I><B> saxophone; Joe B.
